Immunization and Wellness Care
Regular annual exams and vaccination against contagious diseases are important to keeping your pet healthy. Comprehensive physical exams internal parasite testing, heartworm and tick disease screening, flea and tick control, and a vaccination program designed around your pet are essential to maintaining a long and healthy life. Wellness testing is also available for the early detection and prevention of disease.
Our doctors have been trained in all areas of internal medicine, including: Cardiology; Ophthalmology, Neurology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Endocrinology, among others. In-house laboratory is available if needed. This includes blood chemistry, complete blood counts, coagulation, cortisol, bile acids, thyroid, and urinalysis.
If necessary, Board Certified specialists are available for consultation or referral.
Our doctors are trained in the most advanced surgical techniques.
Surgical services and facilities include: fully trained veterinary and technical staff, to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet. Our intra-operative monitoring includes ECG and oxygen saturation, end tidal CO2, respiratory rate and blood pressure. Extensive in-house laboratory is also available if needed.
Board certified surgeons are available for consultation.
Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. Our staff is trained in the proper techniques of cleaning and polishing your pet's teeth. If needed, decayed, mobile, or painful teeth can be extracted by our veterinarians.
Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate abnormalities in your pet. In-house digital radiology services are available. Boarded radiologist is available for consultations.
This non-invasive, state-of-the-art technology uses sound waves to painlessly examine specific internal organs including the heart, lungs, and abdominal organs.
Our ultrasounds are performed on site by a Board Certified Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist.
Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care. If you feel your animal is experiencing pain, please ask us what we can do to help.
Fully Stocked Pharmacy
We stock a wide range of the veterinary drugs, and pet care items. These include Heartgard, Frontline and numerous other items.
Please ask us before ordering items from online pharmacies. In most cases we can meet or beat their prices.
If more advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures are necessary, we have board certified veterinary surgeons available for in-house consultations and procedures.
High-tech fiber optics and a flexible endoscope permits direct visual examination and biopsy of structures such as the airways and the gastrointestinal system. This allows for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral, esophageal, stomach, colon and even upper intestinal tract disease. Foreign objects can sometimes be removed without the need for surgery. We have both flexible and rigid scopes available.
Microchips are a safe effective way to permanently identify your pet. The chip is implanted below the skin and is encoded with a unique number. Once your pet is registered that number will remain in a database. If your pet is lost, the chip is scanned and your pet will be returned home. Ask us about this service.
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations upon request. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
